“Very soft beds, memory foam toppers and thick pillows very clean, very helpful staff, I struggled with the safe and it was no problem for someone to come and help us out, even provided us with an iron and ironing board for our stay, and when roadworks started outside the hotel at midnight they moved us rooms for the night no problems”
