I stayed one night during a heat wave, and the substantial walls meant that it was reasonably cool in the room at night, and the breakfast area was opened out so a light breeze kept it cool and pleasant. No insect trouble despite sleeping with window open and without bedding cover. If I visit Stuttgart again I'll know there is somewhere I can feel at home.”
“The lady at the reception was helpful, though she was speaking a mix of German and English, but if you listen carefully and know really basic German, no problem! She called the taxi for next morning at 4am, but everything went fine and driver was nice too! Efharisto :) Stayed to see a Disturbed/Avenged Sevenfold concert at Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, which was at 15 min walk from the hotel, and I felt safe enough(woman and alone) on my way back around 11pm. There's also a bar serving Wurst just nearby the hotel, took it away for after-gig snack! ここはギリシャ系の家族が経営していて、英語は流暢とは言えないですが意思を伝えるには十分なレベルでした。川の向こうのライブ会場までの往復も徒歩でしたが（当方女性）危険も感じず。 空港からは電車やU-bahn乗り継ぎで1時間弱、川と逆方向に歩けば5分でパン屋さん、15分ほどでスーパーも見つかります。ホテルの手前には夜開店のバーがあり、3ユーロ弱でソーセージパンも食べられます（持ち帰り可）。”
