What guests loved the most
“Breakfast was very simple, but good for a start in the morning. We were able to change our room to a room with a balcony. Air conditioning a plus as it was hot. One of the few hotels that had a lot of plugs in the bathroom which was great and the hair dryer was built in. Also a refrigerator in the room which was great. The biggest thing to adjust to is really not english is spoken by the owners but we were able to communicate. Also there is not an elevator so you have to adjust to that, especially if you go to a higher floor.”
“The hosts were most welcoming and helpful as we navigated a part of Italy that does not have a lot of folks with a mastery of the English language. Very patient and helpful as we tried to relay our questions, plans and so forth in our broken Italian. The restaurant and the staff was the absolute best in terms of quality, quantity, and ambiance. The gnocchi was the best I had in Italia!! Homemade and expertly seasoned with pomodoro! The wine was paired appropriately and the desert (wild strawberries) was exquisite. I plan to visit this part of Italy in the future. I will definitely stay at Hotel del Sole for an extended time and I hope to dine there often.”

“Morning coffee and breakfast were very good as as the selection of breads, buns, cakes etc. Mauro, the night porter was very friendly and when we asked for bigger coffee cups he obliged and gave us a jug of coffee. The staff overall were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. Overall, a great hotel that suited our budget and thoroughly recommended.”
