“Very helpful staff. Very friendly towards my Sofie (Black Labrador Lady). Conscious of effects dogs can have on each other - asking people to be considerate without resorting to rigid rules. Made me feel that both of us were indeed very welcome. And when Sofie balked at the open stairs, Two of the staff were very quick to point out the elevator!”
