What guests loved the most
“Room was new, with great lighting throughout; although the room was advertised as a queen size, the bed was clearly king. The individual balcony with seating was nice (though I never did figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan above) -- you can actually see Doi Suthep far in the distance; the balcony was connected to the common outdoor walkway to the rooms, so it wasn't actually private. Location within the old town is convenient as it is where most of the touristy sites are in Chiang Mai. 2 bottles of water were supplied daily. There were also robes and slippers supplied. AC was effective (but I didn't like the position where it blows cold air at the head of the bed -- this is personal preference of course). Room was kept quite clean during my stay. The outdoor koi pond and grassy lawn area are nice (overlooked by the balconies).”

“Well located. The rooms are small but functional and safe & comfortable which is all that matters to me as I was away for seeing the sites, not the inside of my room. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. It was quiet and conveniently located, just a 5-10 min walk from Tapae Gate. One bonus point for me to show the staff went over and above expectations was from the Manager Nim. I bought a laptop and left the stylus in the box, she sent it by EMS post after digging the box out of the recycling. Thank you!!! :)”
“Stunning small modern hotel in a cool area of the old city. Fabulous effective and quiet air-con, super clean room, fresh breakfast each day with good coffee, fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Although fairly new, it's well signed so the tuktuk driver and I found it with very few problems.”

“Very modern and very clean rooms. The room had a rather new air conditioning which was very quiet. Also the rooms where quiet at night (we were ob the second floor). Breakfast has eggs cooked to order and some Western style choices and good coffee. The pool is small, but very clean and nice to swim in with the artificial waterfall.”
