“The hotel was easy to find and close to the town centre. A modern hotel with excellent decor, rooms and the service was very good. Breakfast was good and the bar area was a nice place to relax and chill out after a busy day. There is little on street parking but they have a car park opposite the hotel which is charged per day. It was not expensive and indoors. Some good bars and restaurants in the town centre which is a short walk away. The hotel is named after a town gateway next door, which has a bell tower that sound on the hour every hour even through the night. So beware the bells. I just found it funny but not everyone will at 3am!!”

“The Koepoort is a comfortable, quiet, elegant hotel.The breakfast was excellent with good choice and good value. The staff were friendly, helpful with suggestions of places to go and see.We didn't realise that the restaurant was not open every night we were there and would have to walk or drive into the town to eat.”
