“This hotel is way better than the Dann Carlton located near Calle 10. We stayed at both hotels, though this one has the better staff and experience, especially with regards to western standards. At the Dann Cartlon Belfort you feel Welcome and at the Dann Carlton you feel like being part of cattle being poker by sticks. At Beldort Staff is politer, breakfast is better, the hotel is cleaner, the reception is faster and more educated. My sincere conpliments to all the people working there.”

“The hotel staff to include the waiters, waitresses, bar tenders, laundry service, and cleaning personnel were excellent. Some of them spoke English good enough to understand and some of the staff who didn't know or spoke very little English, I still was able to communicate and my hats off to All the Chefs. However, one problem of Room 211 that I stayed in, throughout the day and night, the phone would ring, sometimes at 2:00am, 3:00am with recorded Spanish message--that was very annoying, but I did not report to the Front Desk staff due to the fact I was very happy with my room. The rooms are very thin, so you can hear everything, some of which you desire not to hear.”
