“The location was less than 5 minutes walking distance from JR Yamagata station which allowed an easy access to trains and buses. Room was very spacious and clean. Staffs were nice and helpful. There were 5 sockets and USB charger in the room. Price was reasonable. This hotel was great!!”

“Breakfast included all the local specialties. Saw beautiful sunrise from my window (8th floor, facing the street). Included rarer amenities like hair curler and free tea/coffee/soup. Had electric kettle in the room - so nice to have tea whenever I wanted it! Heater was very effective as soon as it turned on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located only 5 minutes from station on foot. Lots of food places around for lunch and dinner. Room was fairly large for 1 person (for a Japanese room).”
