“This was our third stay at this hotel, and the staff and cleanliness are fantastic! We decided to pay the extra money the first night for the 'suite' with Jacuzzi bath instead of the double comfort room, we usually take. The staff are super friendly and efficient, the breakfast lady is really fabulous!”
“We booked the 'suite' for the first of our two nights, as this was our third stay here and we thought we would try a more expensive room to see the difference between the suite and the comfort room, we usually use. The suite was equally a perfect in cleanliness and style as the comfort room, but apart from two white dressing gowns, no 'extra' perks for the money. There was a large tub in the room, big enough for two, with jet spa. However, we simply could not get it to work! We tried for an hour and by this time it was very late, so we did not want to call reception and that staff do not all speak good English ( Although they are 'all' super kind and efficient ) We would like to stay in the suite again on our next visit but would not pay the extra money for this, incase the bath does not work the next time:( However, in general the hotel is simply 'fabulous' and we will use it again and again!”
