“The front desk staff were amazing! They tried so hard to help us plan our complicated transportation to our next hotel which was over an hour away. They made phone calls for us, (we have limited spanish,) helped us get a taxi and then waited outside with us until a taxi finally came, wrote instructions down for us and did all of this with a smile. I think their names were Claudia, Ulman and Oscar. They were incredible.”
