“The location was 5 mins on foot from the station and where the coach Prestia e Commende' stops, room was really comfortable, clean and spacious, we had a balcony with a view of the mountains and cathedrals. The area had a lot of foreign communities but when you walk further up the main road, you feel welcome with tourisits, locals, restaurants, gelaterias and coffee shops. There is a Lidl supermarket opposite the hotel. There is a great number of shops 5mins up the street from the hotel and around 20mins more there are known shops like H&M, Tally Weijl, Desigual, Gucci, Prada, Sephora, MAC, Disney etc. Mondello beach (Bus 806 from Piazza Sturzo every 10mins costs €1.80 one way for 1 person) and Cefalu' (40mins train from the station costs around €11.20 for 1 person with return) are great beaches (and places) to visit. Palermo is not an expensive city on the whole, depends where you shop or eat!”
