“Hotel city was located perfectly in Florence for exploration. The hotel was just about a 2 min walk to the train station which also was the meeting point for most of the tours. The Hotel was also very close ( a few short blocks) from the Duomo and other historic places. One of the nice things was the local resturaunts that were again just a few minute walk from Hotel City. Just around the corner was a nice open air Italian place, a few high end resturaunts and gelato places. Not that I used it but a Laundromat was just up the road. The staff was very friendly and we felt very safe in the hotel. Breakfast was included and very nice Fruits, coffee teas espressos were available as were pastry, eggs ham and cheeses. The perfect breakfast to start your day and the breakfast room was very nice and peaceful.”
