“Staff was super nice- really helpful, kind and polite. Breakfast was lovely (croissants with a cappucino). Location was good.”
“It’s an old building, clean and properly maintained. The advantage is that’s close to the railway station and pretty close ( 15-20 minutes of walking) to the old center , seaside and shopping area.”
“Lovely hotel with charming little lobby, very comfortable room. I stayed here five nights and I felt very comfortable and welcome. Also, breakfast is good (compared to the usual breakfast choices in Italy). I recommend this place.”
“The location is excellent. It's very near to the train station, about 6 mins walking. The staff are very friendly also.”
“Very good location, close to railway station (Bari Centrali). Very clean - fresh towels everyday. English speaking staff.”
“This is Italy not UK. They serve coffee which was very good. The staff was most helpful including booking taxi for us at 5:20 AM”
“Old hotel. Close to old city attractions. Vrry comfortable.”
“Practical location (train, bus, plane). For Bari good value. Good beds in spacious, clean room. Quiet.”
“This place was beautifully located. The walk into Old Bari was a pleasant stroll of 10-15 minutes. All grid pattern streets in the part of Bari where the hotel is. Older guide books say to watch your back in Old Bari, but this is Old Information. The new Old Bari is charming and a great place to dine. The Puglian Primitivo wine was so excellent, we couldn’t stop. On the way home from the restaurant, we chanced upon an inviting bar in one of the alleys. Upon entering, an extremely friendly young lady, another customer, greeted us in English and upon request, sang for us in Neapolitan! It was my peak experience of the whole 10 days in Puglia, Naples and the Amalfi Coast. And that is saying something! The hotel itself was accessible on foot and clean and the whole walk into Old Bari and back at night felt as safe as a small town in Kansas. Don’t miss Bari, the town that stole Santa Claus. And don’t miss this very reasonable B&B.”
