“El hotel aunque es antiguo lo mantienen muy bien. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado de igual forma las habitaciones. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno y la atención también. La piscina está bien aunque al encontrarse debajo de arboles le cae mucha hojas. El hotel es muy fresco a pesar del calor de Neiva. La ubicación está buena ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad y cerca del malecón.”
