“Nicely located about 45 minutes drive from Portoferraio. Beautiful gardens and nice setting just 5 minutes walk from the beach( and its small number of bars and restaurants) . A great end of season short stay.Comfortable large room. Good sized bathroom.Wi fi that worked well. Very nice breakfast overlooking fabulous garden.Very pet friendly and only 10 Euros a day extra.Good parking available which is much needed on the island.”

“Unpretentious yet excellent. High quality material in rooms and public areas. Food excellent, both at breakfast and dinner (we had room only so ate à la carte). The botanical garden is actually quite small though more than adequate as a green area around the hotel. The owner was very accommodating and available, the door to his office was always open - the only reason we needed to speak to him was to ask to extend our stay which, unfortunately, wasn't possible. We can't wait to get back!”

“Beautiful location, very near the coastline. Plenty of parking and had no problem finding a space when returning from day trips. Garden very nice to walk around with exotic and varied plants. Fresh fruit from the garden was provided in the hotel. Swimming pool a good size. Breakfast was good quality.”
“We arrived by ferry to Porto Ferraio and drove to the hotel. If you do the same thing we did, BE PATIENT ! Elba is not as small as it seems, and it can take you up to 50 minutes to get to the hotel. It's worth it though, when we went is was not crowded at all. Staff is really nice, the garden is really nice and it'll take you 2 min to walk to the beach.”

“This is just the first step to heaven. Beautiful garden, privacy, excellent food, great staff, everything one may expect for this type of stay. The swimming pool is extremely pleasant, quite large and surrounded by a magnificent garden. On can get lost in this garden, among trees and flowers. There's a variety of hikes taking the hiker along beautiful trails overlooking the sea.”
