“Rude staff almost didn't let my five adult guests stay in three reserved rooms because one didn't have any ID on him. Worst check in ever. Rooms were dirty, dirt and dead bugs all over floors. Very cold when there and nothing but a torn screen over the bathroom window. Hotel Duruelo is much nicer, stay there instead of here.”
