“This hotel is in a fantastic location. In Getsmani, but on the closest side to the Old Town. Staff was friendly and did their best to communicate with us in English as best they could. Beds are not as hard as others have said (but they are a bit hard). Hotel is very clean and safe. It was a bit expensive, but so was everywhere as it was high season. I would recommend staying here. Location is the best part.”

“The hotel public areas aren't as comfortable as some of the nearby hostels, but the rooms are nicer, particularly the bathrooms. We had reliable hot water in a very nice shower. Also reliable air conditioning. Both good features in hot Cartagena! The rooms were simple, but very quiet. The staff was very helpful. They hotel is 4 stories. Only the first two stories were complete and they were working on 3 and 4. The whole place might be much nicer once the work is done. It has a very nice roof and I anticipate a good rooftop patio one day.”
