“Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They were accommodating, thoughtful and took pride in the daily cleanliness of our room. An example of their helpfulness was our need to have items refrigerated, but no fridge in our room........not a problem! They took it down to the refrigerator in the restaurant downstairs. They then went out of their way to make sure it was at reception each morning for us to collect. Also very helpful and knowledgeable about hikes and things to do in the area. Very good English spoken by reception staff”
