“Visiting this hotel during Carnival was a special treat. The staff was very helpful in obtaining tickets for us and creating a festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The day we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks and party snacks being served to all the guests on a tray. Don't know if this was just because it was carnival, but it was a nice touch. They also had a live carnival band by the pool Friday day and evening and Saturday the first day of carnival starting at 8am! Very festive!!! Breakfast is the best we had in Colombia with a wide selection. Staff was always there to help!”
