“Breakfast was very good. There was all the usual stuff plus bacon and scambled eggs every day. We were able to get vaporetto tickets at the front desk. One morning it was raining and the staff gave out rain ponchos in clever little containers. The hotel was quite busy, with several tour groups and 2 events in the 4 days we were there. They were still able to provide good service.”
