“One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I am not looking for a gym or a swimming pool, so I do not miss such things. Good service, cleanliness, comfortable room/bed, a good shower and a yummy breakfast.”
“I loved all about the hotel-the location, the staff, the room, the view and most importantly the breakfast!”
“Good facility, kind staff, fairly good wifi, good breakfast. I used wake-up service which was good for me like solo traveler. Especially, I checked out quite early due to early flight.”
“The hotel was nice and new. The bathroom was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The man from the reception was nice and helpful. The hotel has a luggage room where you can store your belongings if you come too early or need to leave after the check out time.”
“The only good thing about this hotel was my room, which looked newly renovated and nice.”
“The focus was in the customer. Excellent service, excellent value, free breakfast buffet included. This was the first hotel where I was sad to leave. Everything was done with the focus on customer comfort. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! ”
“Bedrooms were OK and very clean, breakfast was awful, couldn't even get a slice of toast - cake and stale bread basically. A good 30 minute walk to nearest Metro station and at night the streets are not the best. An ok hotel but would not stay here again due to poor location.”
“Horrible horrible place. Will not even call it a hotel. I am shocked and felt cheated to see it presented as a 4 star... total dump is what is really is. No mini bar in the room, no bell boy for the luggage, horrible torn furniture and dirty in general. Total disgusting place that should be closed down!!”
“The location near the train station and the Eatery. The staff and room. The breakfast was excellent.”
“We found this hotel excellent for our purpose which was to spend 3 nights in Rome before embarking on a cruise. The bedroom was a reasonable size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath with a shower overhead and also a telephone shower The breakfast was a typically European with a broad spread of cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, breads, cakes, juices and fresh fruit The bus stop to and from the city was very close. Both bus 160 and 30 will take you to Piazza Venezia and along the Corso. Not far from the hotel, in Via Ortiense is a little village with a florist, fruit and vegetable shop and variety of specialist shops all at reasonable prices.”
