“We chose this hotel just to have some accommodation and not expecting much. Everything was all clean and nice. The breakfast while based on sweet baked goods was abundant and filling. Basically great service - they should probably add another star :). The staff and owner were so kind, they don't speak much English but communication still went very well and we learned a couple of Italian words in the process.”

“The owner and staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Great location next to the beach and the hotel was clean and quiet. I can't help but feel we were a little annoying for them during our stay because the first night the shower drain wasn't draining (nothing to do with us, just buildup of hair I guess). We told the owner about the problem and he had it fixed first thing the following morning! Then on our third day I had shirt hanging outside the window on the drying rack and it blew off and went onto the roof below. I asked the owner if there was anything he could do because I loved that shirt and he had it retrieved in minutes!! Point of the story is the owner and staff are incredible and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Viareggio!”
“The hotel is near the railway station. It's 100 m from the main street and the beach of Viareggio. Very kind staff. The rooms are clean and tidy. Nice italian breakfast with cornetto and good coffee in a great garden. Many thanks!”
