The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. “A lovely hotel on seafront. 20 minute walk along beach to seafront at La Serrena. Lots of nice bars, seaside restaurants nearby. Fantastic breakfast.”
“Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast typical for Chile. We were just after the high season so room was not quiet, but not too noisy. I can see how it would become very noisy during the high season when restaurants, bars and clubs are busier. Location on the beach very nice, but taxi ride into town will cost close to $10 each way.”

“The staff was superb. The breakfast is also superior, and the dining room looks out on the beach. A gracious, worldly young couple have recently become managers and they will make sure each guest's need is addressed, including premium tours to the Elqui Valley and the Observatories. And to top it off, they offer excellent yoga classes as well. Que bueno!”
“The staff very friendly, polite, willing to please. The bed comfortable. Location good but extremely noisy in the evening/night due to the fact that there are steps leading to the hotel front door and young teenagers sit there good part of the evening/night and they talk in a loud voice and laugh. Also the traffic on the Avenida del Mar where the hotel is located, is madness, very, very busy.”

“Without a doubt, this hotel had the most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever encountered in all of my global travel. This included the hotel manager, receptionists, and the maids. The location is directly across from the beach and entry points. Restaurants are abundant nearby so you never have to venture far if you do not want to. Tour assistance was also worthwhile and I highly recommend the full day Elqui Valley tour which was an incredible value for the price and amount of locations visited.”
