“Hotel Calissano is a very good starting points to stay in when you are planing to for a trip in Piemonte. Located really good in Alba. Close to the city center just a few minutes walk with shops and restaurants. The staff in the hotel will gladly give you suggestions on where to go in Piemonte if you are interested to visit the wine districts. We had dinner one night at restaurant La Piola and had the most wonderful risotto, the staff was nice and friendly. In Alba on the main shopping street there is a street restaurant which is serving local cheeses, hams and wines. The foods is excellent. On Saturday they have a market in Alba center selling clothes and food.”
