There are new visual delights to be found every day within the hotel -- never mind in the village-- even in paths already passed. The view from each bedroom is stunning. Add to this the warmth and enthusiasm of the owners, and the wonderful food and staff, and you have perfection and delight itself. Especially appreciated by us four was the menu flexibility -- you are not tied to a 3-part dinnermenu if all you desire is two starters, for example. And the food is fresh, interestingly combined, and imaginatively presented. Wish I could have stayed longer.”
