“Room was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Underground car park was very close.”
“Continental breakfast was amazing, of superb quality with a huge choice. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, beer, cakes, biscuits, bottled water) available all day free. Owner's wife (joint owner?) Isabellina went out of her way to make us comfortable and to change sleeping accommodation as I was unable to climb 2 stories to booked bedroom - shame, it was gorgeous - this was to her disadvantage as it cost her money to do so, but she did it willingly and said she wanted to make us happy. The suite on the top floor with its open air terrace and hot tub, booked for some of the party was as good or even better, the bathroom with shower had two basins, the towels were abundant. The attention to detail, the overall quality, and the professionalism, warmth and helpfulness of the staff of this hotel are beyond compare.”
