“Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay at the hotel. I accidentally booked a non cancelable room instead of the one with free cancellation. This was a month in advance and I immediately wrote them to fix the mistake. They were very harsh in their response and unwillingly to be helpful, even though they had plenty of time to rebook the room. ”

We had a room with a view of Mezquita, very modern with glass walled bathroom. Fridge contained complimentary water, soft drink and fruit, nice touch. Self-service continental breakfast but with fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese etc. and nice coffee machine.”
