“Very friendly staff. Organised our wine tours and provided all the information. Sorted out a restaurant and taxi on our first evening when we arrived.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Nestled just over the hill from Santa Cruz, it was easy to get to, close to many wineries, yet quiet and peaceful for a relaxing evening. We were greeted with a glass of wine, and the owners were very warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful (we only wished it was warm enough to use the pool or sunbathe), and the breakfast was a great start to our days. The rooms were not huge nor anything fancy, but they were more than adequate for what we needed. The wood stove was a perfect touch for the cool evenings,and they kept it well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside with a glass of wine as the sun set or in the morning as we planned out day.”
“The staff was excellent..helpful, respectful, and attentive. The grounds and decor of this hotel made it extremeely comfortable, and inviting. It's beautiful! Breakfast was excellent. The lounging in the evenings outside was memorable. It is within 15-25 mins of very beautiful towns. We biked around nearby vineyards, but the roads are a little unsafe in areas close to this hotel.”
“The hotel was easy to find as it is on a main road. The house itself was charming and the garden lovely. The swimming pool was small but nice. The staff was efficient and friendly. It was a 15 min drive from the town of Santa Cruz and the various vineyards were easily reachable by car. The hotel offers sandwiches as evening meal, although we did not try them.”

“Converted country house - Spanish colonial. Family owned. Loved them all - two sisters and a brother, mother, aunt and uncle are all hands on. You feel like you are guests in their home. Lovely grounds and indoor common areas for breakfast and gathering. They are in the process of developing more facilities. Mauricio cooked us a BBQ the first night - chicken, beef, pork, and salads with wine. Excellent way to start our visit. Excellent breakfast too. Nice also arranged winery visits, and lunch at the new Montes Restaurant. TV included English news.”

“Great place to stay. Close to town & wineries, but provided a leisurely oasis. Facility was well kept. Staff was helpful & accommodating. Wonderful grounds, nice rooms, pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to Mauricio & his family for creating this fine facility. Would definitely go back on a future stay.”
