“The reception staffs are very helpful in assisting every information and help I needed. Best reception staff ever with good understanding in English. Its best to call your guest either Sir, Mister, Miss and Madam instead of Lady. The room is great with balcony access, good hot water and toiletries but no toothpaste.The restaurant staffs are great too specially the Chef Muammer (Not sure about his name) that always check if I am okay. The hotel is near to everything like starbucks, mall, mcdonalds, eczane (pharmacy), migros (grocery), restaurants, coffee shops and dress shops. I love staying at the hotel and will surely recommend it and will stay here again.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel.Ther were two reception staff in particula(sorry not good with names) that were very helpful & made me feel at ease.On one particular day needed to find a pharmacy and one of the reception staff took me there,it was most appreciated.As I would have got very lost other wise Great hotel,great food in restaurant below & room service was excellent.So all good all here!! If I return to Istanbul would definitely stay here again.Wpould highly recommend this great hotel & staff!!”
“Nice place.Very good service. The management of the hotel was very kind. The room was clean, comfortable bed and every day the bar was filled with free of charge water, tea, coffee etc The breakfast was nice. The restaurant menu was enough good. Reception always propose have a cup of Turkish coffee or tea. I like this place and I can recommend it as good hotel to stay in.”
