• Important Notice
  • Please note that different policies apply for bookings of 4 rooms or more:<br>- The full amount must be paid 1 month prior to arrival. The owner will contact the booker with payment details.<br>- If the booking is cancelled 3 months or longer before arrival, no fees will be charged<br>- If the booking is cancelled between 2 and 3 months before arrival, a 15% cancellation fee is required<br>- If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 2 months before arrival, a 35% cancellation fee is requied<br>- If the booking is cancelled between 2 weeks and 1 month before arrival, a 60% cancellation fee is required<br>- If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks before arrival, a 85% cancellation fee is required<br>- If the booking is cancelled 1 week or less before arrival, the full amount of the reservation is required
