What guests loved the most

“Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Recommended!”

, Bulgaria

“tHIS WAS OUR FAVOURITE sICILIAN HOTEL...DESPITE THE FACT IT RAINED MOST OF TI,ME WE WERE THERE.... THE HROUNDS, THE POOLS AND THE FOOD WERE GREAT. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THE STAFF. E.G. AT BREAKFAST ON DAY OF WORST RAIN WE WERE GIVEN IDEAS FOR RAINY DAYS.”

, United Kingdom

“The overnight stay was expensive but the bedroom was beautiful with views of the temples. The food was good quality with excellent service and wonderful views of the temples and with quiet gardens to enjoy. We liked it very much. An oasis in a self-drive trip around Sicily in up and down market places. We spent a second night in a B&B in a flat in Agrigento which was completely different but also wonderful. The countryside and seaside around Agrigento is all a bit disappointing including the famous beach and the roman house up the coast - better to explore Agrigento itself which is fascinating and dynamic. It would be a great place to visit to learn Italian.”

“What we liked? Rooms were clean, spotless and pretty spacious. As the property wasn't fully booked, we were even offered to chose our "preferred" room. Service of the staff both at reception and in the restaurant was incomplicated, friendly and fast. Dinner was tasteful, but the breakfast deserves special mentioning: by far the broadest breakfast selection, both salty and sweet, we encountered during our whole trip, thumbs up. Property itself is spacious, too, and offers many inviting places for relaxation. All in all recommended if one isn't to sensitive to noise (see comment in the other section).”

“Warm welcome by friendly staff, a room decorated with art by local artists and absolutely the best breakfast you have ever seen! Garden with attractive swimming pool and lounge beds plus hammocks under orange trees. In short, this place is paradise if .... the weather is fine, which was not the case when we stayed there. Rain kept pouring for three days in a row, and then you feel isolated out there in the countryside, you miss a common room or other facilities for rainy days. There is plenty to see in Siracusa and Noto though.”

“The hotel grounds were amazing and at night really special, if taking a suite suggest that you state you want an outside seating area for the evenings. The welcome on arrival was really good and we were given all sorts of useful info ( and a drink too ! ) The restaurant was v good and the drinks and table wine not over priced which always welcome.”

, United Kingdom

“Fabulous hotel - beautifully presented, warm and professional staff, excellent facilities, great food and the complimentary crèche is an added bonus if you have young children.”

, Australia

“Fantastic staff really well trained, owner very much hands on . Really could not fault anything. Wonderful breakfasts all home made with local produce . Works well as a base to explore the island .”

, United Kingdom

“Incredible hospitality from Housing and all her staff. Really great local cuisine, great seafood and local wines. Stunning setting , a bit of a tricky drive, hence eat in st the resort. The breakfast spread is a caloric feast with over the top pastries, meats cheeses and savory tarts...gluten free or veg if you wish.”

, Canada

“Stunningly beautiful hotel and grounds. Big pool. Nothing is too much for the staff to do. The most amazing breakfast buffet, best we have ever had at any hotel anywhere. Evening meals very good too”
