“We had an apartment, where I can hammer away at my laptop at 3 a.m. without waking up my gf. The concept of this place is rather interesting. I would call it Bohemian. The staff were all very young, open and friendly, and uncomplicated. In the reception area, part of the wall was deliberately left as a construction site, with the studs showing. The lamps in the dining area are long, naked neon tubes with kids' swimming rings around them. The hallway colour scheme looks more like an industrial plant than a hotel, but again, this is part of the concept. The value for money was excellent. You could go down day and night and get some snacks or a beer, if you so felt inclined.”
