“Reserved a twin room. The rooms were just as depicted in the pictures - spacious, clean and a little on the 80s side. Nevertheless the beds are comfy and the surroundings are quiet at night. The bathroom is also specious with a well thought out shower area that prevents water from spraying out onto the floor. The hot water was adequate and water pressure was also good. Hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is not too far from the town center, where there are a variety of restaurants. It was a relaxing one night stay for us.”
“An old but very very nice hotel. It´s a building where used to be a brewery many years ago. The rooms are big with confortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb. Good location in a small town. Staff very friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful. Good craft beer too!”
“Close to city center although situated in green and very quiet area on the outskirts of the town. Easy to reach from motorway. I recommand the restaurant's terrace: particularly pleasant. We enjoyed delicious german asparagus. Nice breakfast room as well. Few cars passing by. Excellent stay. Hotel strategically located between Mosel and Rhein.”

“Frühstücksangebot fand ich gut und ausreichend sortiert. Im Restaurant gibt es wirklich leckeres Essen, die Speisekarte ist allerdings vergleichsweise klein. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und eignet sich ideal für Wanderungen. Ich bin nicht so gut zu Fuß, aber auch für mich ließ sich der Hunsrück sehr gut erkunden. Es lohnen sich Fahrten nach Trier, aber an den Rhein, der viel Schönes und Interessantes zu bieten hat!”
