“Wonderful stay! Lovely front desk agent gentleman upgraded me to a king deluxe room on arrival. Seamless check in, great upper west side location close to Central Park. Lobby is stunningly decorated for Christmas, very cosy and welcoming. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious for NYC.”
