“Our room was out of order so they upgraded us to the safari room! A huge unexpected surprise. The free breakfast was amazing, especially as you can get it any time of day. I was attending a conference that started at 8.30am so couldn't get breakfast in the morning but got it at night instead. Staff were fabulous and food was always brought out within 5-10 minutes. Fabulous stay! The hotel is very quirky and the restaurant is always teeming with people (showing how good it is!). Not for boring people :)”
