“We were upgraded to the property's sister property and had a great family room. Extremely comfortable with great wifi. The room had beautiful tiled floors, excellent bathroom facilities and comfy beds. The breakfast was in a room with spectacular views and was excellent. The staff were really helpful when we arrived late after our boat from Barcelona was delayed. Great communication.”
“The Baia del Sole Hotel and the Sunbay Park Hotel belong to the same organisation. We were there in november, the reception of Baia was closed and we had to go to the other side of the small road, to the reception of the Sunbay Park hotel. Because Baia was closed they gave us the free upgrade from 3-star Baia to the 4-star Sunbay, that was nice of them. But as we entered the rooms in the 4-star Sunbay i was more then happy that we had this upgrade. Because this 4-star hotel was not even worth 2-stars so immagine how the 3-star Baia would have been. The location of the hotel is beaufitul, directly on the beach and the sea. The view from the windows is breathtaking, absolutily beautiful. But that was it. The hotel is old, still like in the 70's. It like traveling back in time. One very big advice, start directly with a big renovation of the hotel, do not only use some fresh wood like you did in the lobby but renovate the rooms!”
