Double and Queen rooms can only accommodate 1 child under 12 if he/she is accompanied by an adult. Children between 12 and 18 years old pay $60.000 COP/person/night plus 19% VAT. Adults can not be accommodated in the rooms.<br><br>Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa that have been in the country for less than 6 months, according to Colombian law are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.<br><br>Please note children are allowed when staying with two responsible adults.

“The hotel offers a numer of great advantages, among which an excellent staff, good breakfast and availability of bicycles to guests. The road in front of the hotel is closed for cars on sundays and holidays and forms part of the cycling routes in Bogota. With a bicycle one can easily go all the way to the city center (Candelaria) in about one hour. The hotel is relatively close to the shopping Andinos which has a lots of other shops and restaurants in its immediate surroundings.”
