“Overall a good experience at this hotel. Staff/owner (Santina) was really helpful all the way from check-in to check-out; helped us with directions, airport shuttle boat etc. Air conditioning worked well as it was extremely hot in Venice with high humidity, coming back to a cold room was a blessing. Reason I mentioned AC, in Venice or in Europe in general air conditioning is not like we take it for granted and given if you book a hotel in US or ME, it is like an added feature that many places actually advertised proudly and quite a few places actually don't even have AC. This hotel is on a quite street so tucked away from main noisy section of Venice; However, everything else is very nearby and easy to reach. Overall a nice clean room and attached bath - Good enough to comfortably sleep and enjoy your stay at Venice.”
