“The hotel is essentially a mini-resort, well designed to take advantage of the spectacular vistas and natural beauty of the island of Salina. We were delighted that our very spacious room and terrace replicated the traditional Aeolian architecture of the island. Breakfasts were another highlight. This hotel served the most delicious croissants that we have ever encountered!”

“We visited five towns in Sicily over two weeks and this was easily our favorite spot! Arcangelo was the perfect host! The property is in a perfect location, incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Anything we wanted they got for us, I especially loved the Turkish steam bath which I was able to use. Everybody at this property and on the island was incredibly friendly and warm. I could not recommend this property highly enough. They were fantastic! We will definitely be back and tell all of our friends if they go to Sicily, they have to stop on this beautiful island and stay with Arcangelo. Thank you for making this vacation a special lifetime memory!”

“We loved our stay at Arcangelo, it was just what my family and I needed... some peace and tranquility. The property was beautiful, the simple architecture and tasteful features made it a special stay. The surrounding scenery was beautiful too, when you looked up from the property you were confronted by the aeolian style building set amongst greenery and a mountain and when you looked down was the church dome and the sea. The rooms were spacious as were the verandahs with the hammocks where you could lie back and relax. The pool was a hit with the boys especially after a day out exploring, a dip in the pool was a great way to unwind. The host Arcangelo and his wife were also very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect base to explore the quaint town and explore the rest of the island and sister islands. Would highly recommend it to anyone. We can't wait to return some day. Grazie mille xo”

“The pool and rooms were fantastic, in a great location with an incredible view of the islands and the sea. Moreover the staff were delightful, when we had an road accident and were in Sicily hospital with no money they arranged absolutely everything for us to return safely, we received some of the best hospitality and kindness I've ever experienced including collection from the port at midnight and taking us to the only remaining open restaurant as we hadn't eaten all day, as well as a reservation on the nicest table of the terrace in the restaurant and chats with the chef the following day. The waiting staff in the restaurant as well as the receptionist were equally as lovely, we couldn't have asked for nicer people, a truly fantastic experience. Thank you so much!”
