We had problems having passports and credit cards stolen in Madrid and staff were more than helpful and understanding when we had problems with another credit card. All ended well. It was perfect that our Grandaughter spoke fluent Spanish as no one spoke any English. Would definitely recommend to friends and go back if visiting this region of Spain again.”
