Hotel staff was friendly, suggested nicest places around - were to go and what to see. Everything else was also very nice!”

“1. great location, easy walk to waterfront or centro. 2. decent breakfast, Chilean standard. 3. thanks for luggage storage. 4. 5 minutes walk west to a bus stop to catch (or get off) a mini bus goes Frutillar or Puerto Varas or somewehere else, no need to go bus terminal. 5. good value for money, keep in mind, in Chile, everythings are expensive.”
“Room was a good size , clean and comfortable. The location. Is within a 2 minute walk of at least 6-8 really good restaurants .”
“Room was very comfortable. The is a lift up to the 6th floor and then stairs up to 7th for the breakfast room. A great view from all 4 sides up here. If you were hungry after breakfast, then it was your own fault. Various choices available. Staff friendly. Limited English but that only spurred me on to practice my español. Short walking distance to waterfront, Ripley, Plaza. No tourist information found at this hotel so make sure you get it from the centre at the Plaza. (it is closed on Sundays)”
