“This is a top class hotel, set in lovely historical former farm and monastic buildings, beautifully restored all laid out around a quadrangle. Totally peaceful despite being just off the main Turin road, the enclosed nature of the quadrangle setting keeps noise out. Superb rooms, massive beds, beautiful bathrooms you can have drinks in the courtyard and breakfast is served there. 10 mins easy walking distance to the main medieval centre of Saluzzo.”
