“The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we went for the deluxe double with partial view of the canal but it was extremely loud, the windows look into a square that is very busy with tourists and the canal with boats arriving early morning for deliveries. We requested to change rooms and we were given a much better room, with no noise at all. We preferred a good night sleep over a partial canal view :) The location is superb, 10 mins walk to San Marco and literally to everywhere, Venice is small and felt we were very central to most places. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were good. They also helped us with the transfer from the hotel to the airport as we didn't book it in advance.”
