“The hotel is just across the train station but you need to cross the steps of the bridges over the grand canal. If you are carrying XL luggage, you can always ask for a porter. It’s a lot cheaper than getting a water taxi. The room assigned to us is adjacent to the main hotel. We don’t mind the little walk since we were surprised by the very nice room we had. It’s like you have your own apartment. WiFi is also good. We had our breakfast at the main hotel. The breakfast is filling and sufficient. The staff are very attentive to your need. I believe that the best advertisement of this hotel are the staff. Frachesca is such a lovely host. The staff are warm and kind. Check-in and check-out are fast. On our last day, we have to checked out early and they have graciously prepared us breakfast for take away. Roberto even prepared coffee for us to sip before going. You really feel that you are being taken cared of. I will definitely stay here again if given the chance.”
