“Nice hotel in a nice town. Good architecture and interesting interior. Breakfast is excellent. Personnel is very accommodating. And small models of steam locomotives delivering by rails coffee to your table in the restaurant is so exiting.”
“This is a fine hotel near the railway and bus stations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The dinner served in the hotel's restaurant was excellent. (Bonus for railway fans is that the drinks and the bill are brought to you by a model train, which also transports your payment away.) The breakfast was good, too. Highly recommendable place.”

“As I had come to the area to ride the Harz narrow gauge railway system this was the obvious hotel to stay in - opposite the steam train depot. I ate in the restaurant (book, especially if you want a window table, which I did). I so enjoyed having my drinks delivered by the (very good) scale model train that I am afraid I ordered rather more than I probably should have done! You're only old once... Other nights I found good eating places within a ten minute walk in the pretty old town.”
