• Important Notice
  • Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.<br><br>A minimum security deposit of GBP 100 is required prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>Hotel Alto has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.<br><br>Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.<br><br>Hotel Alto offers complimentary breakfast to all guests between the hours 06:00 and 08:00. After 08:00, breakfast can be ordered from the restaurant menu at a surcharge.<br><br>Please note parking is limited, subject to availability and needs to be confirmed by the property in advance. You can reserve the parking by contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 30 GBP.<br><br>Kindly note that there is a strict non-smoking policy in the throughout the whole premises at all times, guests will be shown designated smoking areas upon check in.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Hotel Alto in advance of your expected arrival time.
