“Location was absolutely fabulous and only a few minutes walk from the old bridge, a landmark in Wurzburg - Don't forget to join the crowd on the bridge for the very popular and traditional white wine with a sausage. Our room was on the first floor with views over the Main river and the Marienburg fortress on the other side. The room itself while a little small was modern, clean and made excellent use of the available space. Unusual for Germany, this hotel had an elevatior which comes in handy if your room is on a higher floor.. Fortunately for us we had use of the on-site garage which came in handy as we had a very early start the next day. So early that we couldn't use the breakfast facilities which looked really nice.”
“I really liked the entire place but the extra tidbits at breakfast were great. Besides the typical Bavarian breakfast buffet there were some little things that I think may have been associated with the restaurant part and varied from day to day that were tasty treats - special savory stuffed peppers, little chocolate dessert things. Made me decide to book in combination hotel-restaurants more often!”

“Even though the room was small, the view from our room was right on the river. The view of the bridge and fortress was spectacular. Make sure to request a river view on the highest floor. The hotel was close to the market square. The breakfast was good.”
