“The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Food is great, especially the free afternoon self-service snacks (soup, patisseries, pasta ...), which can fully replace the daily lunch. Though stretchers may be a bit scarce when there are lots of guests in the hotel (especially when the weather does not permit one to sunbath outside), we never had to wait (or even share) an individual sauna with others. The hotel has all the facilities one needs. In our case, we were staying during the May holiday season, when both larger spas (Römerbad & St. Kathrein) were closed down. Yet the hotel provided everything we needed for our active retreat.”
“Breakfaat was marvelous. Location ski to door and close to the centre of the town. During the day alot of refreshments througout the hotel that were handed to us with no charge. Sauna and welness centre free of charge with extra refreshments. The proprety was very very clean and the staff was very frendly.”
