“Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All spoke perfect English and were able to cater for special requests (synthetic duvets & pillows due to allergies, and late checkout). We chose to go half board and were extremely happy with the decision; fantastic 6 course meals every night and it was of an extremely high quality (and quantity). The hotel has a heated secure ski locker room right next to the main lift (Alpin Express) below Cesar Sport Express ski rental shop. The Hotel also provided vouchers for 15% discount at the ski shop. They provided free cakes in the afternoon after skiing in the lounge. They also served drinks in the lounge or in the bar. Swiss chocolates were left on the pillow by housekeeping every day, and on checkout we were given a gift of chocolates which was very thoughtful. We chose this hotel as it was #1 in Saas-Fee on TripAdvisor at the time, and we were very happy with the choice - it certainly earned its #1 position.”
“Bed and pillows were super comfy for sleeping. Cosy and warm room with a view of the mountains . Powerful shower. Breakfast was better than we expected; fresh and varied buffet - we loved the restaurant setting and views . People running a busy reception yet they couldn't be more helpful. Heated boot room and great ski room. Although this hotel is a little further from the lift, the hotel offer transport and the free train stops right outside.”
