“Hotel Alcayata is a decent budget hotel in a great location near the main plaza of Popayan. The only negative is that some of the rooms abut the street and this makes for early wakeup calls when the street traffic begins and horns start honking. You can avoid this issue by asking for one of the interior rooms without outside windows.”
